The Dolly Collection was designed to match the children's patterns from Kay Guiles Designs. I do not have the children's patterns in stock but can order them for you. I have listed below each of the doll patterns whether or not the matching children's pattern is still available as some are out of print. All doll patterns are sized for 18" vinyl dolls.
