A wonderful flexible cord that adds life to a design. It is very flexible so can be couched around curves. It can be threaded into a chenille needle and threaded through fabric that is not too tightly woven. It does fray --so securing the ends with Fray Block (which I carry) is a good idea. Fray Block dries soft so does not change the feel of the cording. I use this cording a great deal.

Lurex Thread

Lurex thread is a nylon thread. It adds wonderful highlights to knitted garments as it can be combined with yarn and knitted together. It works well in embroidery, cross stitch, and Stumpwork as it is very smooth and does not catch on other threads when you stitch over top.
