    Fashionable Grommets

    Have you tried to apply grommets and gave up in frustration?

    Well, these easy to apply fashionable grommets are so easy to apply and furthermore,
    they require no special tools--just a flat screw driver. 
    (A screwdriver with a longer handle is easiest - not the little tiny one)  

    Besides, these grommets come in wonderful, fashionable colors.
    The size is approx. 1" from side to side with a 1/2" hole opening.

    How to Apply the
    Fashionable Grommets -
    It's So EASY!!!!!

    1.  Using the screw driver, insert it between the two layers and gently twist it.  You may need to do it in more than one place.  Be GENTLE!

    2. Apply 2 layers of fusible interfacing to the back of the area where the grommets are to be applied.  Cut a little larger than the grommet.   (I like to use circles as they don't show through to the right side as much as straight edges.)

    3.  Draw a circle exactly where you want the grommet. Use the washer provided.

    4.  Cut just inside the lines drawn - you can always make it bigger but making it smaller doesn't work!

    5.  Test to see if the size of the hole is correct.

    6.  Apply the back of the grommet and push down with the heel of your hand.  It will snap into place.

    7. You can use either side of the grommet as the right side.  You can even use 2 different colors and snap them together for a different effect.

    Note:  these snaps can be carefully removed with the screw drive.

    Sporty Snap-N-Tap Grommets

    The Sporty Snap-N-Tap grommets measure approx. 1 1/8" from side to side with a hole opening of 1/2" 

    These grommets are perfect for casual clothing, children's wear, quilts and crafts.

    Extra Bonus - these snaps can be removed and used over and over.

    They are applied the same as above except you do not need to use a screw driver to pry them apart as they come
    already separated and ready to go.

    Be sure to follow the directions carefully that come in the package which show exactly how they are to be assembled.

    As above, the colours can be mixed.
