Pricing: Prices are subject to change. If there is a price difference from the price indicated on the website, you will be notified before shipping. This usually only happens when the supplier changes the price and a new shipment has arrived. Special order items must be pre-paid before they will be ordered.
Return Policy
No refund or exchange on smocking pleaters and pleater needles. No refund or exchange on patterns or books to protect copyrights of designers and authors. No refund or exchange on fabric, lace or any cut yardage.. If a DVD is defective, it may be returned for exchange for the same DVD within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us at sales@sewfancy.com before returning any merchandise If you wish to exchange merchandise, you must include shipping charges for the new merchandise. Refunds will be given on other merchandise for 30 days after the invoice date less a 15% re-stocking fee as long as the merchandise is in 'new' condition. Packages must be unopened and unused. No refunds after 30 days from the date of the invoice. If the item is defective or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact me within 10 days of your invoice date, appropriate action will be taken. We want you to be happy with your order.
