Using the right specialty ruler can make your fabric cutting and squaring of blocks so much easier.
There are so many different rulers available that Sew Fancy Inc. cannot stock them all.
If you are looking for a certain ruler, please send me an email at alma@sewfancy.com and I will do my

Wonky Tile Triangle Ruler

6 1/2"x 3"

Skew up to a 6" square by sewing wonky triangles to each side

The square can be pieced or
a single piece of fabric.
Create for fussy cutting too.
So many ways to use this ruler.

Wonky Trim Ruler

Use the Wonky Triangle Ruler above to create the block.  Then place the lines on the Wonky Square Ruler on the seams in the sewn block to trim it to size.

Seams of adjoining blocks match every time.

The embedded grippers hold the fabric while cutting.

So easy to use and such neat effects!

Square It Up & Fussy Cut Rectangle

Use the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines to square up any rectangle or flying geese unit up to 4 1/2" x 8 1/2".  Center the design and mark the design through the holes with a water or air soluble marker.  Connect the dots.  This is the finished size of the rectangle.  Then add the 1/4" seam allowance which is marked on all sides of the ruler.

To fussy cut, center a design in a rectangle from 1" x 3" to 4 1/2" x 8 1/2`
Rectangles are marked at every 1/2".
The drilled holes at at the corners let you mark the finished size of the rectangle.  Then add the seam allowance to fussy cut pieces using the 1/4" seam allowance marked on all sides of the ruler.

The embedded grippers hold the fabric while cutting.

Also, turn the ruler over and use the holes to draw circles with various diameters in 1/2" increments. ( You need to turn it over so it will flow smoothly and not be held by the embedded grippers)

Tumbler Double Strip Ruler

Sew the strips together to create a 4-1/2in wide strip set or simply use 4-1/2in strips.
